We understand that plans can change. This policy explains how order cancellations work at HERVANITY.

How to request a cancellation

• If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible on WhatsApp at 0340-0265306 or by email at hervanity.pk@gmail.com.
• Please provide your order number when requesting a cancellation.

Cancellation rules

• Cancellation requests can be considered before your order is dispatched.
• Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible, as the parcel will already be on its way to you.
• We do not charge any cancellation penalty or fee.
