What does Hervanity.pk sell?
We sell women's innerwear in Pakistan — everyday bras, bra bundles and value packs, with more categories (full coverage bras, seamless bras, nude/skin-tone bras, T-shirt bras and plus-size friendly options) being added based on customer demand.

Are your bras padded and do they have underwire?
Most of our current styles are soft padded — light padding for a natural shape — and wire-free, for maximum all-day comfort. Each product page clearly mentions the details of that style.

What is the fabric like? Will it suit Pakistan's weather?
Our bras are made from soft, breathable and skin-friendly fabric chosen for Pakistan's weather, designed to feel gentle on the skin, give a smooth and natural look under clothes, and last through regular washing if cared for properly.

How should I wash and care for my bra?
Hand wash separately in cold water with mild detergent. Do not bleach or wring. Dry in shade. This keeps the colour, shape and softness for much longer.

Sizes & Fitting

What sizes do you stock?
We stock band sizes 32, 34, 36, 38 and 40. Cup sizes A, B and C are available on selected styles. We are working to expand our cup sizes based on customer demand. Please select your band size on the product page and mention your cup size in the order notes.

How do I find my bra size?
With a soft measuring tape: (1) Measure snugly under your bust, in inches — round to the nearest even number. That is your band size (for example, 34). (2) Measure loosely around the fullest part of your bust. (3) The difference between the two tells your cup: about 1 inch = A, 2 inches = B, 3 inches = C. If you are between sizes or unsure, message us on WhatsApp at 0340-0265306 before ordering — we are happy to help you choose the right fit, privately and respectfully.

I am not sure about my size. Can I order anyway?
Yes. Order your best-guess size using the guide above, and if the size is not right, you can use our 7-day size or colour exchange. You can also message us before ordering and we will help you choose.

Privacy, Delivery & Payment

Is the packaging really discreet? What will the parcel look like?
Yes — 100% discreet. Your order is packed privately and nothing on the outside of the parcel reveals that it contains lingerie or innerwear. Your privacy is our promise.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes. Cash on Delivery is available nationwide across Pakistan. You pay only when your parcel reaches your door — no advance payment and no card details needed.

How can I know the delivery charges and time for my city?
Delivery is available nationwide with Cash on Delivery. Shipping is a simple flat rate: PKR 250 per order for orders of 1–4 units, and FREE shipping on orders of 5 or more units. After you place your order, we call to confirm within 10–12 hours, dispatch within one day of confirmation, and delivery takes an estimated 3–5 days after dispatch. Exchange, Returns & Defective Products

What if my size is wrong? — 7-Day Size Exchange
We want every woman to feel comfortable and confident in her bra, so we offer an easy size exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Conditions: the bra must be unused, unwashed and in original condition, with all original tags attached, returned in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, worn or tried-on bras (beyond light fitting) cannot be exchanged. To request: contact us on WhatsApp (0340-0265306) or email (hervanity.pk@gmail.com) within 7 days of delivery, share your order number and the size you need, and we will guide you on the next steps.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind about the size?
We offer size exchange only (not a full refund) for change of mind regarding size. If the size is wrong, we will exchange it for the right size under the conditions above.

What if my product arrives defective or damaged?
We take full responsibility. Please report any defect or damage within 7 days of receiving your order on WhatsApp or email, with your order number and clear photos/videos of the defect or damage. Once the issue is verified by our team, we will resolve it under our Refund Policy. This covers manufacturing defects and damage during shipping — it does not cover normal wear and tear or issues caused after use.
